We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
- If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

โ Non-Refundable Cases
To ensure fairness and hygiene, we are unable to process refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preference returns are not accepted.
- Items that have been used, opened, or tampered with cannot be returned.
- Personal care items such as cosmetics, skincare, and undergarments are non-refundable once opened.
- Refunds may be subject to payment provider fees, meaning the refunded amount may be slightly reduced.
- Once the order has been delivered, refunds will not be possible.
- Discounted and promotional items may be ineligible for refunds.
๐ Return & Exchange Process
- If a return is required, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
- Please send your return package to the following address:

- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
- PayPal and other payment platforms may deduct transaction fees, which are non-refundable as per their policy.
